Main purpose of the Associate Brand Marketing Manager role:

Support Sr. Director on brand marketing projects and brand partnerships, with a focus on retail projects. 

Coordinate and execute brand marketing deliverables cross functionally both internally and externally. 

Cross collaborate with wider brand marketing team to develop and execute retail focused initiatives. 


Major Responsibilities:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Manager daily communications, and oversee execution of marketing deliverables cross functionally, both with internal REVOLVE teams and external partners 
  • Manage daily communications, execution of projects with key departments with respect to retail specific projects: 
    • Brand Marketing Departments: Influencer, Social, Events, Press, Partnerships 
    • Performance Marketing 
    • Site/Email 
    • In-Store Retail Leads 
    • UX 
    • Legal 
  • Manage relationship with external property partners 
    • Updating store page on retail sites when needed 
    • Updating on key REVOLVE/FWRD projects and what support levels property partners can provide
    • Delivering updated assets when applicable 
  • Collaborate with REVOLVE buyers and retail teams for key 3rd party or owned brand product drops, or other special projects that require brand marketing support 
  • Generate post project reports and recaps


Required Competencies:

To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:

  • Exceptionally organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at a time
  • Clear and professional written communication for internal documentation and updates
  • Able to follow structured workflows and manage several timelines at once


Minimum Qualifications: 

  • Minimum 3-years’ experience in brand or retail marketing in a coordinator or above level
  • Minimum 1-years’ experience in fashion, beauty or relevant comparative field 
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace (especially Sheets and Docs)
  • Familiarity with Adobe, InDesign, Canva or similar programs for creating presentations is a plus
  • Experience in budget management and planning
  • Experience reviewing and managing contracts and legal terms within influencer or partnership agreements

A reasonable estimate of the current base hourly range is $75k to $85k
