About the RoleThe Assistant Manager will support the execution of marketing campaigns across our retail and digital channels. The selected candidate will be responsible for but not limited to the creation and maintenance of presentation materials, reporting and analytics, asset briefing, quality assurance and partnering with cross-functorial teams across the organization

The ideal candidate must be collaborative, have strong communication skills, a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple marketing projects at any given time.What You'll Do

  • Support the marketing team on the development of Email, Packaging, Naming, SMS, and Signage briefs that will achieve brand storytelling objectives.
  • Be a resource for seasonal product knowledge by developing relationships with merchandise and design, staying abreast of in-season product changes, and maintaining and updating the product knowledge doc.
  • Implement and ensure flawless execution of our editorial content across digital channels with QA, including Email, Site, and SMS/MMS channels.
  • Support the team from pre-season planning through in-season execution in the creation and maintenance of overarching as well as channel-specific strategic planning materials and hindsight recaps.
  • Own the relationship with our franchise team, keeping them abreast of seasonal GTM strategies and providing them with any needed GTM strategy and storytelling materials
  • Build and maintain regular competitive analysis reporting
  • Assist with in-season performance and analytics reporting across digital channels
  • Support team members with special projects.

Who You Are

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in marketing
  • Organized and proactive with strong attention to detail and ability to juggle competing priorities 
  • Team player with exceptional communication skills who enjoys building close relationships and working collaboratively across all areas of the organization  
  • Bachelor’s degree
