 The Job:   

As a Business Analyst, you’ll be part of our North America Automotive Commercial team at Stanley Engineered Fastening, you will:

  • Partner with the Sales team and business leaders to drive commercial strategy
  • Processing and reconciling customer chargeback disputes
  • Maintain documentation and update revenue reports for customer chargebacks
  • Partner with the Sales and Finance team to submit customer tariff claims 
  • Provide support for reporting and data management for Fastener Sales Team
  • Collaborate with Operations, Sales and Program Management on open critical Commercial tasks and process improvement projects
  • Support requests in Smartsheet

  • Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and evolving business needs
  • Naturally curious and analytical, with a drive to understand how processes work and how they can work better.

The Salary range for this position is $62,200.00 - $100,200.00
