Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Support Analyst to manage operational data, work requests, ticket tracking, and reporting.



Requirements Requirements
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills: Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, and data analysis
  • Strong data validation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience managing tickets/work requests using Jira, ServiceNow, or Azure DevOps
  • Excellent organization, communication, and time-management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
  • Basic SQL knowledge preferred
  • Experience with SOP/process documentation and operational reporting preferred
