The developer ecosystem team has multiple pillars including Developer Advocacy, Community, Developer/Agent Experience, Open Models, CUDA, and Open Source Foundations. The team drives 100+ monthly activations, runs multiple developer-facing programs, and collaborates with dozens of internal and external teams. We are looking for a business operations manager who is also a AI builder. We need an excellent communicator and collaborator. You will build efficient and consistent processes, tools, and systems. These will reduce manual coordination and improve visibility of community events, enablement assets, budgets, roadmaps, and trackers.

What you will be doing:

  • Collaborate with team leads, who are helping developers succeed with NVIDIA technology, to surface gaps and risks that need attention.

  • Maintain the team activation calendar, budget, and priorities.

  • Build AI agents, dashboards, scripts, and workflows that automate reporting.

  • Integrate into the team's rhythm by influencing meeting agendas, trackers, and strategy reviews.

  • Develop scalable, repeatable processes and lead organizational change by clearly communicating process updates and driving adoption of new operating rhythms, tools, and workflows.

What we need to see:

  • BS or MS in Computer Science, Program Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).

  • 4+ years of experience in operations management, developer operations, or marketing operations.

  • Outstanding organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage many parallel workstreams with multiple senior leaders.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to synthesize a diversity of inputs into clear priorities, decisions, and next steps.

  • Hands-on experience using AI tools, coding agents, and automation to reduce manual work and improve quality, speed, and transparency.

  • Technical proficiency sufficient to build or prototype internal tools, dashboards, scripts, workflow automations, or integrations.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • A portfolio or examples of automations, tools, dashboards, agents, scripts, or workflows you have personally built to improve team execution.

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 104,000 USD - 166,750 USD.

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.

Applications for this job will be accepted at least until September 8, 2026.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
