About the Role:
As an Advanced Inside Sales Representative, you bring extensive knowledge and expertise in managing complex sales activities and resolving sophisticated customer issues. You will serve as a key resource within the sales team, focusing on executing and problem-solving to improve sales processes and outcomes.
Responsibilities:
• Handle the most complex inbound and outbound sales inquiries.
• Process and manage high-impact customer orders.
• Maintain and update detailed and accurate customer records.
• Qualify and prioritize sales leads with strategic potential.
• Record, analyze, and report on detailed sales activities and trends.
• Develop and present comprehensive sales quotes and proposals.
• Resolve highly complex customer issues with products and services.
• Collaborate with multiple departments for large-scale orders.
• Implement strategic sales initiatives and projects.
• Mentor and guide junior associates and peers.

Compensation:

$47,600.00 - $81,250.00 USD
This role is eligible for Commission.

Compensation range listed is based on primary location of the position.  Actual base salary offer is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skills, experience and actual hiring location. Your recruiter can share more information about the specific offer for the job location during the hiring process.
