We are looking to hire a full-time Facebook Ad Manager Assistant for DNAM Brands.
In this role, you will support the planning, execution, and optimization of paid campaigns across Facebook and Instagram for our portfolio of iconic brands—including Von Dutch, Ed Hardy, Trina Turk, Valentino Orlandi, and Badgley Mischka.
Working closely with the Marketing and Creative teams, you will help build and manage ad sets, audiences, budgets, and creative testing strategies while monitoring performance against key KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, and CTR. This role is both analytical and execution-focused, requiring a strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager and a proactive approach to scaling and optimization.
The Facebook Ad Manager Assistant plays a key role in driving measurable growth—ensuring campaigns are data-informed, efficiently managed, and aligned with broader brand and revenue goals.

Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Facebook and Instagram
- Build and optimize ad sets, audiences, creatives, and budgets
- Monitor performance daily and optimize based on KPIs (ROAS, CPA, CTR)
- Collaborate with creative and marketing teams on ad concepts and testing
- Manage A/B tests across creatives, copy, and audiences
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience managing Facebook and Instagram ads
- Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager and performance metrics
- Experience scaling budgets and optimizing for conversion
- Analytical mindset with strong reporting skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
