SUMMARY: The Account Executive position works with all levels of the Client Services Teams, Mastering Teams, Localization Teams and Exhibitor Support & Operation Teams to ensure the successful implementation of studio release strategies. This person will serve as the point of contact for DTDC, studios, carriers, and all others in relation to their account. They must be available 24 hours a day to resolve any issues regarding their studio(s).

RESPONSIBILITIES – Describes the expectations of the role
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers/clients to their satisfaction.
• Acquire new business and new account set up.
• Work directly with Hollywood Software & internal Systems team to set up new Client account transmission feeds.
• Create, maintain, and communicate to client project timelines and budgets.
• Prepare and communicate pricing quotes and estimates with client.
• Responsible for all of Mastering, Production, Localization, and Distribution globally.
• Manage customer change orders by negotiating deliverable due dates between customer and internal departments, balancing internal capacity with external demands and expectations.
• Complete and approve weekly billing to ensure invoices are submitted to clients for payment.
• Analyze Financial AR/CR reports and credit collections. Work directly with clients to ensure payment is received.
• Make decisions regarding order fulfillment that provide the least possible risk, cost to the studio, and meet delivery deadlines.
• Must be able to accept and manage change and provide process improvement, cost saving and customer satisfaction suggestions. 
• Ensure deliverable due dates are reached on time and within budget.
• Communicate studio related strategies and information to all Deluxe departments and ensure strategies are being implemented correctly. 
• Proactively identify potential issues/problems with project in process, formulate response and solution and communicate back to client.
• Communicate regularly with client regarding project performance metrics.
• Initiate corrective action process as needed. 
• Create policies and procedures to improve quality of deliverables in the future.
• May be responsible for educating and advising client about new services offered.
• Ensure Mastering Coordinator, Account Manager and Account Coordinators maintain a current and accurate understanding of all work-in-progress initiated. 
• Oversee Client and Account Management with single point-of-contact option for work-in-progress queries related to specific service jobs.
• Support service team so they can maintain a positive customer relationship through both written and verbal communication as well as high levels of customer satisfaction by accurately fulfilling customer orders and resolving customer problems on time, with high quality and a positive attitude.
• Maintain professional and positive working relationships with internal associates and studio representatives to maintain information flow.
• Verify service orders are constructed as required with Client to coordinate with the Account team
• Ensure work orders are complete, processed and forwarded for invoicing.
• Ensure Account team is working with scheduling, operations, and logistics to monitor the status of accuracy of initiated work orders. Resolve any resource, service completion time, or technical conflicts.
• Ensure that the Account team is efficiently and accurately creating, processing, distribute and track work orders using standardized operating procedures, software tools, and communications with basic knowledge of interrelated company departments including the Vault, Mastering, Finance, Credit, Sales and Operations.
• Monitor daily direction of the Account team to ensure the highest possible level of service to the Customers.
• Extensive knowledge of administration of Network Operations systems, equipment and Business System applications.
• Ability to interact with vendors.
• Special projects as needed.
• DCDC management, fulfillment via Satellite and hard drive, and invoicing.
• Provide the studios with accurate and timely communication regarding screenings, promos, sneaks, and wide releases to they can make informed decisions.
• Other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS – Describes the professional experiences, educational background, knowledge, and behavior required to fulfill the role responsibilities 
• Minimum: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or other related fields. Equivalent work experience in management, customer service, transportation, or distribution will be considered. 
• 8-10 years’ experience working with clients in the entertainment industry; traditional post production background helpful.
• Solid technical understanding of the distribution industry helpful.
• Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must be able to juggle multiple priorities and solve problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
• Must be able to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
• Must be proficient with word processing, spreadsheet, inventory, internet, order processing, project management, and database software.
• Be available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via cellular phone/pager to monitor and resolve issues relating to the studio accounts.
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality of Deluxe and customer/client sensitive information.
• Must be organized, reliable, conscientious, flexible, and skilled at multi-tasking, work effectively in a fast paced environment, under pressure and possess strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Must demonstrate positive attitude, able to handle self professionally and project self as a team leader.
• Possess strong decision making and problem solving skills.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND OTHER INFORMATION TO CONSIDER
Physical Requirements: 
• Ability to sit for an extended time up to an entire shift.
• Ability to occasionally lift or transfer up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to view computer screen for an extended time up to an entire shift.
Language Skills: 
• Ability to read and interpret documents, routine reports, and correspondences.
• Ability to speak clearly and professionally.
• Ability to create written communication for co-workers, management, and customers.
Environmental Considerations: 
• Ability to multi-task effectively around distractions and medium noise levels created by multiple conversations at the same time in a high stress, fast paced environment. 
• Working indoors in air conditioned atmosphere without access to see outside.
• Be present for assigned work shift, but be flexible to shift changes as required to support our customer base as it relates to high volume peak periods including week-ends and holidays.
• Ability to professionally greet visitors and use proper phone etiquette when answering phones. 
• Ability to have a clean and organized workstation
