1099 Corporate Recruiter (Temporary Assignment)

About the role: 

We’re looking for a strategic and results-driven 1099 contract recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting for evergreen corporate roles across operations, marketing, finance, and more. This contract is expected to last at least 60 days, with the potential to extend based on business needs.

You’ll be expected to jump right in, manage requisitions independently, and deliver results quickly. This role requires someone with extensive Greenhouse experience and a proven track record in fast-paced start-up environments. This role will report to our Director of Talent Acquisition. 

What You’ll Do

• Own full-cycle recruitment for corporate (non-clinical) roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring processes.
• Use Allara’s employer branding to craft compelling outreach and attract top talent.
• Deliver a high-touch candidate experience aligned with our mission and values.
• Manage roles and pipelines in Greenhouse, maintaining clean data and reporting insights.
• Proactively build and maintain pipelines for current and future needs.
• Track and analyze hiring metrics to drive improvements.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of full-cycle corporate recruiting experience.
• Start-up recruiting experience is required.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Greenhouse is a must.
• Proven success in hiring across multiple corporate functions.
• Strong sourcing skills that go beyond job boards.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Highly organized, self-directed, and proactive.
• Strong communicator who can build trust with candidates and stakeholders.
• Passion for building great teams that support women’s health.
