Oversees daily service delivery, vendor accountability, performance optimization, workforce planning, access management, SOP adherence, and operational improvement plans. Analyzes contact center metrics such as SLA, AHT, occupancy, CSAT, and shrinkage to drive real-time corrective actions. Executes change management, supports automation and AI initiatives, and connects frontline operations with internal CX leadership.

Uses analytics and fraud detection technologies to monitor trends, mitigate losses, optimize processes, support audits, and report operational performance and risks to senior leadership.

Lead and manage strategic partnerships at Zip to drive merchant and consumer growth, leveraging deep expertise in AI and technology platforms.

Lead the strategy and roadmap for Zip’s onboarding and underwriting platform. Drive customer acquisition, activation, loan approval optimization, fraud and credit risk mitigation, and integration of identity and credit data services. Partner with Engineering, Credit, Fraud, Risk, Compliance, Analytics, and Data Science teams to deliver scalable, compliant platform capabilities. Evaluate AI-enabled workflows and automation, using experimentation and business metrics to prioritize product initiatives.

Design and scale Zip’s enterprise data and AI platform across batch, streaming, structured, and unstructured workloads. Build reliable pipelines, AI-ready data products, semantic models, vector and hybrid search, and RAG capabilities. Establish standards for modeling, testing, governance, security, observability, and automation. Partner with engineering, data science, product, and business teams while mentoring engineers and influencing platform architecture.

Serve as a strategic advisor to Corporate Function leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, talent strategy, succession planning, leadership effectiveness, employee relations, and change management. Lead scalable people programs, use people analytics and AI-enabled HR technologies to inform decisions, and support organizational transformation and AI adoption. Coach senior leaders, navigate complex employee matters, and improve organizational health, manager effectiveness, and employee experience.

Own liquidity forecasting, cash management, lender reporting, and covenant monitoring for a growing fintech lending business. Build and maintain cash flow models, optimize facility utilization, produce lender/investor reports, and partner across Finance, Risk, DCM, and Engineering to support funding and securitization decisions.

Drive strategic enterprise sales to large D2C merchants, managing 15-20 accounts through long sales cycles. Build account maps, engage C-suite stakeholders, develop ROI-driven payment solutions, use data and AI to surface opportunities, maintain pipeline, collaborate with marketing/analytics/engineering, and travel to customer sites (30-40%).

Lead development of foundational marketing ML models (customer intent, next-best-action, marketing mix and attribution). Own model selection, explainability, monitoring, decisioning layers, and translate outputs into actionable recommendations for marketing and product stakeholders while providing technical leadership.
