Develop and own advanced machine learning and AI models using bank transaction and cashflow data to enable financial product capabilities, manage risk, and drive profitable growth. Design experiments, build proofs of concept, monitor production models, and collaborate with data and machine learning engineering teams on scalability. Communicate findings and tradeoffs to business stakeholders while applying statistical, research, and financial services expertise.

Analyze product funnels and user behavior to identify growth opportunities, improve customer and business outcomes, and guide product decisions. Partner with product, design, engineering, and analytics teams to track hypotheses, report key metrics, reconcile data discrepancies, maintain analytics and experimentation catalogs, and communicate actionable insights. The role requires strong SQL, visualization, experimentation, and cross-functional communication skills in a fintech or e-commerce environment.

Own the roadmap and end-to-end development of a direct-to-consumer financial product. Lead customer research, experimentation, requirements, prioritization, delivery, launch, and iteration while partnering with Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, Risk, Compliance, Finance, and Operations. Define product and business metrics, evaluate economics and performance, ensure trustworthy customer experiences, and drive measurable outcomes across acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, repayment, and revenue.
