Candidates need 12+ years of corporate law experience, a J.D., active U.S. state bar membership, and substantial M&A, structured finance, securities, and executive counseling expertise.

Leads customer experience operations across a global BPO network. Oversees daily service delivery, vendor accountability, performance optimization, workforce planning, access management, SOP adherence, and operational improvement plans. Analyzes contact center metrics such as SLA, AHT, occupancy, CSAT, and shrinkage to drive real-time corrective actions. Executes change management, supports automation and AI initiatives, and connects frontline operations with internal CX leadership.
