Teams at World Vision

Provides legal counsel and services to World Vision International and its global partnership, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and acceptable legal risk. Advises in-house clients, handles cross-border and multijurisdictional matters, negotiates and researches legal issues, coordinates with outside counsel, and supports international nonprofit operations. The role requires strong written and oral communication, cross-cultural sensitivity, and collaboration under the direction of the General Counsel.

Supports World Vision’s Corporate Services team through project coordination, technology integration, occupancy planning, facility management, and event or chapel coordination. The intern will coordinate timelines and stakeholders, research process-improvement technologies, assist with space-utilization initiatives, and support events while developing administrative, communication, and project-management skills.

Lead negotiation, lifecycle management, compliance, and risk mitigation for commercial contracts and fee-for-service agreements. Identify commercial funding opportunities, develop cost proposals and pricing strategies, build donor/partner relationships, and implement contract management systems and analytics to protect organisational interests and maximise programme delivery.
