Supports Oracle ERP processes for branch operations by troubleshooting system issues, testing upgrades, maintaining SOPs and portal content, training users, preparing reports, assisting audits, and recommending workflow or system improvements. The role also coordinates with software technicians, supports managers with process enhancements, and communicates operational updates and solutions to branch personnel.

Maintains and secures network, server, access management, backup, disaster recovery, and warehouse technology infrastructure. Provides hands-on and remote technical support, troubleshoots system and connectivity issues, performs upgrades and installations, manages permissions and security controls, documents configurations and SOPs, reviews access risks, supports WMS devices, and coordinates with vendors and IT teams. The role includes on-call support, occasional branch travel, and participation in infrastructure and access management projects.

Leads corporate planning and business transformation initiatives from scoping through implementation. Manages project plans, requirements, stakeholders, deliverables, meetings, change impacts, business models, metrics, and recommendations. Supervises staff, coordinates cross-functional teams, supports continuous improvement, and communicates with senior management and global stakeholders.
