Maintains and secures network, server, access management, backup, disaster recovery, and warehouse technology infrastructure. Processes biweekly, off-cycle, and year-end payroll for more than 1,000 U.S. and Canadian employees. Reviews timesheets, calculates wages and adjustments, maintains employee records, administers deductions and contributions, reconciles payroll and benefits, prepares reports and tax filings, supports audits, and responds to employee inquiries. The role also trains managers on Dayforce and payroll procedures while ensuring compliance with applicable U.S. and Canadian regulations.

Coordinates product purchasing, category development, pricing, vendor selection, contract negotiations, inventory, forecasting, shipments, compliance, and margin analysis. Supports private-brand development, evaluates market trends, prepares reports, and assists with managing category support staff. Japanese/English bilingual ability is preferred.

Provides administrative and operational support for product management, including product tracking, technical document control, vendor account management, product specifications, guarantees, sales reporting, and marketing coordination. The role supports sales goals, prepares marketing and communication materials, conducts market research, retrieves BI data, and assists with digital and print marketing content.

Coordinates international and domestic export sales administration, including order entry, shipment tracking, export documentation, customer inquiries, invoicing, payment coordination, inventory updates, and sales support. Works closely with sales, logistics, warehouse, and accounting teams to resolve issues and meet shipment deadlines. Requires Spanish and English fluency, ERP and advanced Excel proficiency, export-process knowledge, and monthly international travel to Latin America.

Candidates must be bilingual in Japanese, Chinese, or Korean and English, have a valid driver’s license, and be comfortable using Microsoft applications and learning Oracle ERP.
