The MEP Plans Examiner will review mechanical, electrical, and plumbing plans for compliance with California codes, prepare correction letters, and serve as a resource for code interpretation.

The Plans Examiner examines building plans for code compliance, coordinates with agencies, assists applicants, and authorizes permits based on regulations.

Manage and oversee traffic-related activities, respond to traffic concerns, coordinate studies and plans, and liaise with agencies.

The Senior Energy Engineer will manage energy efficiency projects, mentor junior staff, and ensure compliance with California energy policies while interacting with various stakeholders.
