Leads medium- to high-complexity energy engineering projects, including planning, scheduling, site visits, energy audits, data collection, engineering analyses, savings calculations, cost estimates, quality control, and technical deliverables. Identifies energy efficiency, electrification, demand reduction, and decarbonization opportunities; evaluates feasibility and cost effectiveness; manages stakeholder communication; tracks project risks; and mentors junior engineers. Supports custom and NMEC project development, measurement and verification, program improvements, and client recommendations.

Supports business development initiatives in the clean energy sector by identifying opportunities, coordinating outreach campaigns, developing proposals and presentations, conducting market research, and maintaining client and partner relationships. Collaborates with leadership, Marketing, Sales, Finance, and operations teams to align strategies, manage stakeholder input, and support revenue growth. The role may require travel of up to 40% for meetings, conferences, and industry events.

The MEP Plans Examiner will review mechanical, electrical, and plumbing plans for compliance with California codes, prepare correction letters, and serve as a resource for code interpretation.

The Plans Examiner examines building plans for code compliance, coordinates with agencies, assists applicants, and authorizes permits based on regulations.

Manage and oversee traffic-related activities, respond to traffic concerns, coordinate studies and plans, and liaise with agencies.

Manage CPUC-focused energy efficiency regulatory engagement: analyze CEDARS/eTRM data, track CPUC and Western state developments, lead stakeholder coordination, synthesize regulatory documents into briefings, support compliance reporting, and advise program design and advocacy strategies for portfolio administration.
