Lead and manage an energy-efficiency sales team to meet utility program objectives. Drive pipeline, forecasts, quotas, recruitment, onboarding, coaching, and reporting. Align sales activities with utility contracts, support complex customer engagements and business development, coordinate with construction teams for audit quality, and execute marketing/outreach initiatives to deliver measurable energy savings and customer satisfaction.

Prepare traffic engineering designs (signals, signing/striping, TTC, lighting), PS&E packages, and perform traffic operations analyses (impact studies, signal timing, Synchro). Conduct field data collection, evaluate multimodal improvements, ensure compliance with California standards, coordinate with agencies and stakeholders, support project delivery (scheduling, budgets, client communications), and review junior staff work.

The MEP Plans Examiner will review mechanical, electrical, and plumbing plans for compliance with California codes, prepare correction letters, and serve as a resource for code interpretation.
