Teams at Wander

Own the month-, quarter-, and year-end close, general ledger, revenue accounting, reconciliations, financial statements, and variance analysis. Oversee AP, AR, payroll entries, payouts, audits, tax compliance, controls, and finance systems. Partner with Product and Engineering on marketplace, SaaS, payment, and pricing accounting. Improve close processes, automate reconciliations with AI, and prepare the company for Series C and future audits.

Lead product design strategy across multiple WanderOS pillars, including onboarding, reservations, pricing, communications, payments, distribution, reporting, and AI agents. Own and scale the design system, simplify complex operational workflows, conduct user research, prototype and test solutions, and partner with Product, Engineering, executives, and founders. Mentor designers, improve design processes, and drive outcomes such as activation, adoption, retention, and revenue.

Own end-to-end product design for WanderOS workflows, including discovery, research, user flows, prototyping, high-fidelity interfaces, design systems, and post-launch iteration. Design AI agent experiences, collaborate with Product and Engineering, conduct operator research, interpret quantitative data, mentor designers, and improve activation, adoption, retention, and revenue across web and mobile products.
