Lead customer-facing program delivery for Veeva Commercial Cloud at large pharma customers: define deployment and governance roadmaps, manage cross-functional teams (services, product, sales), drive adoption, support contracts and implementation proposals, and ensure post-deployment application management and value realization.

Prepare quarterly and annual ASC 740 tax provisions, support ASC 718 and tax accounting controls, coordinate income tax compliance with external providers, review returns and workpapers, manage extensions and tax payments, drive non-income tax filings, respond to notices and audits, perform tax account reconciliations and journal entries, and research tax implications of transactions.

Manage domestic income tax provision and compliance (ASC 740), oversee federal/state tax filings and payments, lead audit defense, review work of senior tax analyst, coordinate external providers and auditors, mentor staff, and lead ad hoc tax projects and research to support corporate tax operations.
