Leads experiential event production from creative brief through pre-production and onsite execution. Manages vendors, contracts, budgets, timelines, logistics, client relationships, event operations, and creative approvals. Serves as a senior strategic advisor to clients, oversees multiple events and managers, supports pitches and new offerings, and fosters team development and operational excellence.

Coordinates creative and content projects from kickoff through delivery. Responsibilities include developing timelines, managing tasks, budgets, resources, approvals, deliverables, meetings, project files, and client communication. The coordinator supports project managers, works with cross-functional creative and strategy teams, updates plans in Workfront, resolves issues, and assists with statements of work in a fast-paced agency environment.

Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, candidate communication, selection, and hiring. Partner with departments to address talent needs, support diversity initiatives, improve equitable hiring processes, and deliver a strong candidate experience. Use job boards, LinkedIn, ATS tools, career fairs, and networking to identify qualified candidates, while managing multiple recruiting projects and deadlines.
