Lead development and implementation of soft-goods manufacturing processes (cargo bags, blankets, closeouts). Collaborate with design, supply chain, QA, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure manufacturability, reliability, and crew safety. Own production targets, create control plans and operating procedures, drive root cause analysis and corrective actions, and implement process improvements using data-driven methods.

Lead the end-to-end color, material, and finish design strategy for human-rated space stations. Develop concepts, research spaceflight materials, manage vendors, build materials libraries, coordinate testing and qualification, and drive designs from concept through production. Collaborate with industrial design, engineering, manufacturing, suppliers, and supply chain teams while ensuring aerospace safety, certification, cost, and schedule requirements. Present design direction to leadership and mentor other designers.

Owner of contingent workforce operations including onboarding, lifecycle management, and offboarding for contractors and consultants. Partner cross-functionally (Legal, IT, Finance, Supply Chain) to ensure compliance, worker classification, access provisioning, and payroll/vendor coordination. Build scalable processes, reporting, and international HR operations support for offices abroad. Support audits, process improvements, and People Operations backup as needed.
