Monitor speeds, feeds, and quality, communicate issues to leadership, and collaborate across shifts. The role requires at least two years of CNC machining experience and is based on second shift in Long Beach.

Manage and optimize the ATS and recruiting tech stack, document scalable recruiting processes and SOPs, build and maintain dashboards and reporting, ensure recruiting data integrity, support tool adoption and change management, and collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to improve hiring operations.

The Supplier Quality Engineer evaluates suppliers, conducts audits, collaborates with engineering teams, drives continuous improvement, and manages supplier quality metrics to ensure product reliability in a space manufacturing environment.

Lead and grow a propulsion and thermal analysis team to establish analysis standards, validate simulation methods (FEA, CFD, 1-D, multiphase/slosh), integrate test and flight data, support propulsion and high-pressure fluid system design, and present findings for certification.
