Administers student financial aid, including verification, disbursements, award packaging, eligibility determinations, Title IV returns, private loans, VA benefits, audits, reporting, and default management. Counsels students and parents, maintains regulatory knowledge, supports financial literacy programs, and collaborates with other departments to assist students.

Ensures accurate and timely tuition billing, monitors student account transactions, reconciles billing records, identifies issues with campus teams, supports standard operating procedures, maintains compliant documentation, and provides customer service to campus stakeholders. The role requires business office or accounting experience, basic accounting knowledge, strong organization, communication, time management, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. This is a hybrid position requiring onsite work in Irvine, California, or Tempe, Arizona.

Own general ledger accounting, reconciliations, fixed assets, lease accounting, and close activities across multi-entity environments. Prepare and review journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, inventory and fixed asset processes, support audits, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and drive process improvements and system implementations.
