Posts and reconciles student funding, including grants, scholarships, loans, veteran benefits, and agency payments. Maintains accurate student account data, monitors disbursements, prepares reconciliations and reports, assists with third-party invoices, and resolves processing discrepancies. The role requires onsite work three days weekly in Irvine, California, or Tempe, Arizona, along with knowledge of accounting principles, student funding regulations, and financial aid processes.

Leads FP&A support for Academic leadership across multiple divisions and campuses. Responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, faculty utilization and workforce modeling, variance analysis, KPI development, private equity and board reporting, and improving financial planning systems. The role partners with Finance, Operations, HR, enrollment, and academic leaders to guide resource allocation, improve efficiency, and support educational quality and growth.

Manage the full-cycle accounts payable process for multiple entities and locations. Responsibilities include processing high-volume transactions, supporting month-end close, reconciling vendor statements, handling employee reimbursements, resolving invoice and payment discrepancies, supporting financial audits, and collaborating with vendors and internal departments. The role requires independent judgment, strong attention to detail, and experience with multi-company and inter-company transactions.
