Draft, review, and negotiate agreements; represent the company in legal proceedings; coordinate external counsel; conduct legal research; update policies; and train employees on legal and compliance matters.

Lead and scale a commercial sales organization for transportation, logistics, and AI-enabled platform offerings. Drive new customer acquisition, account expansion, enterprise deals, forecast accuracy, cross-functional alignment, and adoption of AI sales tools while mentoring sales leaders and ensuring revenue and profitability targets are met.
