Serve as the primary liaison for TMS/FMS initiatives across Transportation Operations, Brokerage, Carrier Management, Customer Success and IT. Gather and validate requirements, configure TMS/FMS features, support integrations (API/EDI/ERP/WMS/GPS), lead UAT and testing, analyze workflows for automation, troubleshoot production issues, support implementations, and produce SOPs, reports, and dashboards to improve transportation visibility and performance.

Configure, deploy, integrate, and optimize SaaS/software platforms for customers. Gather requirements, customize and test solutions, troubleshoot issues, produce implementation documentation, train clients, and drive automation and process improvements. Collaborate with PMs, analysts, developers, and product teams and provide technical feedback to improve product offerings.

Provide strategic legal advice across contracts, labor, compliance, risk management, M&A due diligence, negotiation, dispute representation, training, and coordinating external counsel for logistics operations.

Lead implementations and integrations of WMS/TMS/FMS/OMS for 3PL customers, configure workflows, design and test ERP/EDI/API integrations, support onboarding and production, execute UAT and data validation, create documentation, and optimize processes.

Drive OTR Class A tractor-trailers hauling non-hazardous dry van freight across the Lower 48, running drop-and-hook/linehaul routes, averaging 2,400–2,800 miles weekly, following HOS rules, and complying with safety and DOT requirements.

Lead end-to-end drayage operations across port and rail networks, driving on-time pickups, managing chassis and appointments, implementing AI-powered automation, building dashboards and KPIs, leading teams, resolving escalations, and improving margins and operational efficiency.

Drive revenue growth through new business development and strategic expansion across drayage, dedicated transportation, freight forwarding, fulfillment, and ITEM SaaS offerings. Build executive relationships, conduct consultative discovery, cross-sell solutions, manage pipeline in CRM, collaborate with operations and customer success, and represent the company at industry events.

Design, build, test, and deploy AI agents, agentic workflows, and automation solutions. Partner with stakeholders to prototype and productionize full-stack AI applications across cloud, VPS, and local GPU environments while ensuring scalability, security, and performance.

Operate OTR Class A commercial vehicles hauling non-hazardous freight across the Lower 48. Run drop-&-hook and linehaul/no-touch routes within a nationwide terminal network, averaging 2,400–2,800 miles weekly while complying with DOT regulations, HOS, inspections, and safety standards. Maintain clean driving record, complete required screenings and verifications, and use in-cab technology with company-provided sleeper trucks and support.

Support daily treasury, banking, insurance, and compliance activities across international operations. Prepare cash flow forecasts, reconcile bank statements, manage banking relationships, verify payments, assist with LC documentation and account setups, support audits and compliance filings, coordinate with overseas teams, and perform ad hoc treasury and accounting tasks.
