Supports beauty product development across new launches, shade extensions, and reformulations. Coordinates product samples, batch submissions, safety testing, vendor meetings, documentation, packaging artwork reviews, milestone tracking, and team meeting preparation. Maintains physical product archives and digital product information files while contributing to concept brainstorming, trend research, prototype benchmarking, and formula submissions.

Lead creative strategy for performance, promotional, and launch marketing across digital channels. Own full-funnel creative ideation, testing, and ad production systems; manage agency and creator relationships; analyze paid media and email performance to inform creative direction; scale high-volume ad production (~150 concepts/month); mentor two junior strategists and present results to senior leadership.

Own day-to-day purchasing and open order management, execute NetSuite MRP transactions, manage supplier relationships, resolve production and quality issues, reconcile inventory, support S&OP, and lead weekly inventory risk reviews.
