Responsibilities include requirements gathering, process improvement, business case development, functional specifications, solution evaluation, and guidance throughout systems planning, development, testing, and implementation. The role also manages project scope, budget, schedules, and coordination.

Apply quantitative analytics and data science to Metropolitan’s wholesale power portfolio. Responsibilities include developing an energy data warehouse, auditing and automating data pipelines, forecasting market prices, optimizing resources, modeling energy deals, and supporting risk analytics such as forward curve validation, volatility analysis, Value-at-Risk, and stress testing. The role also develops dashboards and leads analytical testing to improve portfolio performance, financial reporting, and long-term resource planning.

Develops and implements cathodic protection measures for pipelines and water treatment infrastructure. Conducts field condition assessments, corrosion control testing, and asset management activities. Collaborates with design engineers, operations teams, and external agencies, while using enterprise GIS to collect, manage, and analyze infrastructure assessment data.
