Supervise Tier 1 and Tier 2 customer support teams through coaching, scheduling, queue oversight, escalation handling, QA reviews, and performance management. Monitor SLAs, CSAT, response and resolution times, ticket backlogs, and staffing coverage. Drive process improvements, maintain support documentation, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Operations to communicate frontline insights and product updates.
