Supports end-to-end talent acquisition, including job postings, candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview coordination, selection, onboarding, staffing agency management, and candidate pipeline development. Maintains ATS records, tracks recruitment metrics, supports reporting, and assists with employee records, payroll coordination, timekeeping, compliance, engagement initiatives, and general HR administration.

Supports HR administration, recruitment, onboarding, employee records, benefits, training, payroll, employee inquiries, compliance, and engagement activities. The role requires strong organization, communication, confidentiality, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS software.

Supports daily accounting operations, including AP, AR, journal entries, reconciliations, general ledger maintenance, month-end close, financial reporting, documentation, and Excel-based analysis. Collaborates cross-functionally to resolve discrepancies and improve processes. This internship offers hands-on finance experience during peak season, with potential—but not guaranteed—full-time conversion.

Supervise warehouse pickup operations, coordinate delivery service providers and shipments, maintain inventory accuracy, enforce safety and company policies, train and evaluate staff, prepare performance reports, lead team meetings, and resolve operational challenges. Requires bilingual Mandarin communication, warehouse supervision experience, leadership ability, and strong organizational skills.

Support sales, commercial strategy, and regional hubs through sales data analytics, forecasting, competitive benchmarking, pricing/deal structuring, CRM governance, and cross-functional KPI alignment to enable scalable last‑mile operations.

Responsible for managing first-mile pickup operations and logistics workflows across the country through TMS/WMS, data analytics, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
