Supervise warehouse pickup operations, coordinate delivery service providers and shipments, maintain inventory accuracy, enforce safety and company policies, train and evaluate staff, prepare performance reports, lead team meetings, and resolve operational challenges. Requires bilingual Mandarin communication, warehouse supervision experience, leadership ability, and strong organizational skills.

Own and grow relationships with major Chinese cross-border e-commerce platforms, serving as the Mandarin- and English-speaking liaison. Develop account growth plans, manage SLAs and operational escalations, monitor performance metrics, lead QBRs, negotiate contracts and pricing, and coordinate Operations, Fulfillment, Compliance, Finance, and Product teams. The role also represents Swiftx at meetings and events, travels occasionally, and mentors the Key Account team.

One-year rotational program developing future operations leaders through warehouse, hub, transportation, data analysis, network planning, and operational support assignments. Trainees learn logistics processes, coordinate dispatch and transportation activities, monitor KPIs, improve operations, lead projects, and complete leadership development before transitioning into a permanent leadership-track role.
