The role begins with administrative execution and expands into cross-functional project management, process design, and strategic initiative support. It requires high autonomy, discretion, sound judgment, strong communication, ownership, and the ability to organize a fast-paced startup environment.

Own end-to-end data pipelines for multiple clients: extract, clean, transform, model and visualize data. Build dashboards and automated workflows, apply AI where useful, and present actionable insights to non-technical stakeholders.

Design, build, and deploy production AI systems and integrations (LLM-based) for law-firm clients. Create connectors, automation workflows, agents, and enablement programs, embed AI into client processes, and support internal AI adoption.
