Lead and develop a field sales team for the FastenMaster Division to achieve territory sales targets, forecast quotas, manage expenses, drive customer relationships and fill rates, provide product and market feedback, and coordinate cross-functional sales programs and meetings.

Work on a workover rig transferring rod, tubing, and casing sections, operate rod hoist and triplex pumps, perform rig maintenance, assist rig operator and crew, participate in safety meetings and inspections, drive company vehicles, and perform physical tasks including lifting up to 75 lbs and working at heights.

Support HR initiatives across talent development, HR operations, compensation, benefits, recruiting coordination, HR analytics, and employee engagement. Conduct research, generate HR reports, develop resource materials, assist program implementation, and contribute to special projects under the supervision of HR leadership.
