Design, prototype, and validate mechanical and electromechanical systems from concept through manufacturing. Run experiments, analyze data, collaborate with cross-functional teams, create test jigs, and document engineering findings to transition research into product architectures.

Lead annual planning, forecasting, and long-range financial modeling. Provide variance analysis, KPI tracking, and decision support for product launches and international entries. Build management/board presentations, dashboards (Power BI/Tableau), and drive FP&A process automation and strategic/ad-hoc analyses including M&A and pricing.

Learn core finance processes and ERP; extract and organize transaction-level data; identify and prototype AI and automation solutions for AP/AR, reconciliations, reporting, forecasting, and variance analysis; pilot AI tools, support workflow automation, and document testing, process changes, and ROI.

Serve as the dental subject-matter expert within Software R&D to inform product design, test and validate features, analyze clinical and lab workflows, identify automation opportunities, and support QA. Apply hands-on dental experience while learning software development and AI-powered tooling to improve restorative, denture, aligner, surgical, and appliance workflows.

Support month-end and year-end close, prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations and journal entries, assist audits, maintain GAAP compliance, and design, test, and implement AI and automation workflows to streamline finance processes and system integrations.

Support HubSpot email and landing page builds, create and QA automated workflows, manage list segmentation and event communications, track basic performance metrics, maintain event calendars and checklists, troubleshoot workflows, proofread content, and assist with occasional day-of event logistics.
