Lead SprintRay’s global marketing strategy and organization, shaping brand positioning, product marketing, channel and distributor programs, demand generation, digital performance, creative, clinical marketing, and global operations. Build scalable global-to-regional systems, launch innovative dental technology products, drive adoption through distribution, establish measurable funnel and revenue KPIs, and develop a high-performing international marketing team.

Owns an 18-month supply plan across global manufacturing and distribution operations. Responsibilities include MRP execution, production and procurement planning, capacity analysis, inventory target setting, replenishment, S&OP leadership, supplier coordination, new product and lifecycle planning, KPI ownership, and process improvement. The role requires translating demand forecasts into actionable plans while balancing availability, inventory investment, capacity, shelf life, and working capital.

Leads the creation of visual assets for digital, print, product marketing, campaigns, presentations, trade shows, and brand initiatives. Partners with cross-functional stakeholders, maintains brand standards, manages creative workflows and vendors, supports UX/UI initiatives, presents concepts, and mentors designers. The role requires strong visual storytelling, multi-channel campaign experience, advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced hybrid environment.
