Teams at Springboard Hospitality (OLS Hotels & Resorts LLC d/b/a Springboard Hospitality)

Supports the Area Controller by managing hotel accounting operations, including daily reconciliations, cash management, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, tax returns, month-end close, financial reporting, and audit preparation. Supervises night audit staff, monitors schedules and timekeeping, maintains accounting records, resolves vendor and billing issues, conducts collections, and enforces hotel policies and cash-handling procedures.

Cleans and maintains hotel corridors, elevators, stairwells, service areas, and other public spaces. Removes trash and soiled linens, supports housekeepers, responds to guest needs, reports damage or found items, follows safety procedures, and assists with assigned projects. The role requires physical stamina, communication skills, attention to detail, flexibility, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Leads company-wide financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, cash management, risk mitigation, audits, compliance, and GAAP-based closing processes. Develops financial strategies, analyzes performance, drives cost savings, manages banking and audit relationships, reviews financial contracts, and prepares reports for executives and the Board. Oversees and develops the Finance team while partnering with department leaders across hospitality operations.
