The role also includes staff leadership, patient communication, team motivation, and occasional travel for training or job functions.

Serves as the front desk representative for a dental practice by greeting patients, answering phones, scheduling and confirming appointments, managing patient records, handling cash, monitoring voicemail, addressing questions, maintaining the waiting area, and supporting local marketing initiatives. Requires basic training or experience with multi-line phones and computers.
