Manages tariff classification and import/export trade compliance by maintaining classification data, monitoring regulatory changes, advising operations, training personnel, coordinating with brokers and government agencies, and developing compliant trade policies and procedures. The role also supports process optimization, risk management, regulatory interpretation, and cross-functional international trade projects.

Manages global free trade agreement compliance and special customs programs, including duty drawback, FTZs, bonded warehousing, and import duty refunds. Serves as a trade compliance subject matter expert, supports TAA and BAA product qualification, responds to government inquiries, analyzes trade data, and develops compliance policies, training, KPIs, and reporting. Collaborates with global teams on sourcing, ERP initiatives, risk mitigation, and duty optimization.

Oversee warehouse and logistics operations, including receiving, storage, inventory, fulfillment, material supply, and domestic and international shipments. Lead staffing and workforce allocation, monitor KPIs, enforce safety protocols, and coordinate with production teams to prevent delays. Drive operational excellence, inventory accuracy, on-time delivery, labor productivity, and fulfillment accuracy. The role requires supervisory leadership, warehouse expertise, manufacturing logistics experience, and SAP warehouse management knowledge.
