As a Classification Analyst at Solventum, you will oversee tariff classification compliance, provide training, update databases, and improve trade policy processes.

Lead site EHS programs ensuring regulatory compliance and a strong safety culture. Own industrial hygiene (exposure assessments, air monitoring), air quality management (emissions tracking, permits), technical EHS support for projects and new products, management of change, and incident investigations using root cause analysis. Partner with leadership to implement corrective/preventative actions and continuous improvements.

Lead and mentor cross-functional engineering and QA teams to deliver and rearchitect healthcare software (on-prem and cloud). Define technical direction and backlog, work with product and architects, champion Agile, drive CI/CD and test automation, and improve team technical competence and delivery quality.
