Manage technical presales activities for Sigma’s cloud business intelligence platform. Responsibilities include customer discovery, solution workshops, prototype development, customized demonstrations, presentations, RFP and RFI responses, and explaining product value. The role partners with sales, product, engineering, and support teams; advises prospects and customers on analytics, integrations, data migration, and cloud data warehouse solutions; and manages multiple enterprise engagements while meeting sales objectives.

Provides post-sales technical expertise for Sigma customers, advising on analytics implementation, performance, security, embedded analytics, APIs, data warehouses, and ETL. Designs and develops tailored business intelligence solutions, troubleshoots deployed systems, documents implementations, captures product feedback, identifies account-growth opportunities, and collaborates with Product and Engineering teams. The role requires extensive customer-facing business intelligence experience and up to 50% travel.

Manage strategic enterprise customer accounts, improve net dollar retention, reduce churn, identify expansion opportunities, and guide customers in adopting Sigma’s analytics platform. Develop success plans, deliver training and educational programs, advocate for customer needs with product teams, and use analytics expertise to drive business outcomes. The role requires 7+ years in customer success, account management, or consultative SaaS, analytics, or business intelligence roles, with experience in enterprise environments and production BI implementations.
