Manage technical presales activities for enterprise customers, including discovery workshops, solution prototypes, customized demos, presentations, RFP/RFI responses, and integration or data migration guidance. Partner with sales, product, engineering, and support teams while managing multiple customer engagements and meeting sales objectives. The role requires business intelligence, database, cloud data warehouse, ETL, and production BI implementation experience, with 25% travel.

Manage strategic enterprise customer accounts, improve net dollar retention, reduce churn, identify expansion opportunities, and guide customers in adopting Sigma’s analytics platform. Develop success plans, deliver training and educational programs, advocate for customer needs with product teams, and use analytics expertise to drive business outcomes. The role requires 7+ years in customer success, account management, or consultative SaaS, analytics, or business intelligence roles, with experience in enterprise environments and production BI implementations.

Manage and grow strategic enterprise accounts in the Upper Midwest by driving product adoption, maximizing Net Dollar Retention, delivering analytics-led guidance, advocating customer needs to product teams, creating success plans, and running training and enablement to increase engagement and reduce churn.
