Design, validate, document, and release aerospace cockpit control and pilot interface products. Lead mechanical design and NPD activities, collaborate with manufacturing, quality, supply chain and customers, maintain drawings/specifications, support prototyping, validation, corrosion and welding characterization, and ensure manufacturability and regulatory compliance through product lifecycle.

Lead test engineer in R&D responsible for developing and implementing test methods, fixtures, and equipment to validate product compliance and manufacturing readiness. Coordinate testing schedules, labor, and equipment; ensure compliance with GLP/GMP/GCP where applicable; set test parameters for customer samples; interface with Design, Manufacturing, Quality, and Program Management to ensure reliable, qualified products.

Design and validate electro-mechanical products to meet customer specifications. Create detailed drawings and documentation, perform static/dynamic analysis, run verification testing, support prototyping and failure analysis, and coordinate production launch activities with cross-functional teams and suppliers.
