Leads manufacturing process design, implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement for parts, components, subassemblies, and final assemblies. Collaborates with design engineering on new product releases, estimates manufacturing costs, establishes time standards, recommends tooling, and supports machining, forming, plastics processing, welding, brazing, assembly, and material handling operations.

Manages controlled engineering, manufacturing, quality, and customer documentation. Maintains document databases, engineering records, product structures, BOMs, and data in ERP and PLM systems. Routes engineering changes through approval workflows, tracks revisions and distribution, supports audits, generates compliance reports, and improves document control procedures and system usage. Requires strong organization, multitasking, teamwork, and Microsoft Office proficiency.

Design, validate, document, and release aerospace cockpit control and pilot interface products. Lead mechanical design and NPD activities, collaborate with manufacturing, quality, supply chain and customers, maintain drawings/specifications, support prototyping, validation, corrosion and welding characterization, and ensure manufacturability and regulatory compliance through product lifecycle.
