Design, validate, document, and release aerospace cockpit control and pilot interface products. Coordinate testing schedules, labor, and equipment; ensure compliance with GLP/GMP/GCP where applicable; set test parameters for customer samples; interface with Design, Manufacturing, Quality, and Program Management to ensure reliable, qualified products.

Drive new account development and expand customer and partner opportunities in Dynapower's clean energy segments. Build and manage a pipeline, translate customer requirements into commercial opportunities, support deal strategy, provide market intelligence, and collaborate with sales, engineering, and product teams to influence product direction and positioning.
