Leads and develops a team of Sales Development Representatives generating qualified demos and pipeline for a fintech payment solution. Establishes outreach strategies, KPIs, coaching, onboarding, and performance standards; partners with Account Executives, RevOps, Product, and Marketing to improve lead quality, conversions, handoffs, and CRM hygiene. Reports pipeline and performance metrics, identifies process and tooling improvements, and contributes as a player-coach to revenue growth.

Lead finance organization (FP&A, accounting, finance ops) and manage debt capital relationships, covenant compliance, and liquidity planning. Own exit readiness and lead M&A/recapitalization processes, financial reporting, audits, and investor/board communications. Drive budgeting, forecasting, ROI frameworks, controls, and team development in a hands-on player-coach CFO role.

Lead enterprise sales and strategic account management to grow adoption of Scratch Checkout and new initiatives. Own full sales cycle, deepen adoption across large Scratch Pay partners, manage executive relationships, run ROI-driven business reviews, commercialize new products (e.g., Rebates), and coordinate cross-functional implementations and go-to-market activities.
