Designs, configures, administers, monitors, and troubleshoots Genesys Cloud and telecommunications infrastructure. Responsibilities include contact center availability, performance tuning, capacity planning, disaster recovery, vendor management, API integrations, documentation, root cause analysis, security compliance, and 24x7 on-call support. The role collaborates with architects, project managers, vendors, and business stakeholders to deliver highly available UCaaS and CCaaS solutions.

Provides advanced endpoint support and system administration, including troubleshooting hardware, software, networks, mobile devices, and security issues. Configures and deploys devices using endpoint management tools, manages software updates, maintains asset records, supports equipment lifecycles, monitors service-level performance, and assists remote or branch offices. The role also coordinates hardware refreshes, supports office relocations, enforces endpoint security baselines, and mentors junior staff.

Designs and improves digital banking experiences across online and mobile channels. Advocates for members, conducts research and testing, develops workflows, wireframes, journeys, prototypes, and design systems, and ensures accessibility and usability. Collaborates with marketing, product, development, branches, support teams, and compliance to launch intuitive features, resolve pain points, communicate changes, and maintain delivery schedules.
