Endpoint Operations Representative IIThe pay range for this position is listed below. Our pay ranges are built to allow for candidates with various levels of skill and experience to be considered, as well as for room for growth and tenure achieved in a role over time. Typical new hire salary offers fall within the minimum to midpoint of a pay range for many candidates. Any offer extended to a candidate will be based upon their unique set of knowledge, skills, education, and experience as well as internal equity.
Pay Range:
$29.79 - $44.68Scheduled Weekly Hours:
40- Independently troubleshoot and resolve intermediate-level hardware, software, and network issues. Handle more complex cases before escalating.
- Configure, deploy, and manage endpoint devices using unified endpoint management (UEM) tools like Microsoft Intune or Quest KACE. Support software installations and updates across the fleet.
- Maintain accurate records of endpoint devices, manage equipment lifecycles, and coordinate with procurement for device replacement or upgrades.
- Assist in supporting mobile devices through MDM platforms (iOS, Android). Configure and troubleshoot mobile applications and device policies.
- Monitor adherence to SLAs and provide reporting on ticket resolution times and service performance.
- Provide on-site support for remote or branch offices, handling escalated issues and provisioning new equipment for location setups.
- Enforce basic security protocols, including ensuring devices meet security baselines and reporting on compliance issues.
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Complies with regulatory compliance and assigned training requirements including but not limited to BSA regulations corresponding to their specific job duties. Failure to do so may result in disciplinary and other employment related actions.
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 1-3 years of prior related experience required
- Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) preferred
- ITIL 4 Foundation preferred
- Good IT Support Certification preferred
- Participation in the CA DMV pull program may be required depending on assignment
- System Administration:
- Advanced endpoint device configuration and troubleshooting
- OS deployment and system imaging (Windows, macOS)
- Enterprise software deployment and management
- Asset lifecycle and inventory management
- Advanced diagnostics and hardware repair
- Security and Access Management:
- Group Policy administration
- Disk encryption management (BitLocker, FileVault)
- Account provisioning and management
- Security patch deployment
- VPN configuration and support
- Enterprise Tools Proficiency:
- System management platforms (SCCM/MECM, Intune, JAMF)
- Active Directory administration
- Technical Operations:
- PowerShell and command-line operations
- Data backup and recovery procedures
- Advanced network troubleshooting
- Mobile device management
- Project Implementation:
- Hardware refresh coordination
- Software deployment management
- Office relocation support
