Own and grow a defined agency territory in LA by prospecting, building multithreaded agency relationships, driving pipeline to close revenue, representing RZR at events, and maintaining CRM and market intelligence to expand footprint across holding companies and independent agencies.

Drive revenue retention and account growth across a portfolio of advertising clients. Responsibilities include developing account growth plans, managing forecasts and pipelines, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, fostering product adoption, delivering data-driven campaign insights, leading QBRs, and coordinating Analyst, AdOps, Product, and Creative teams to resolve issues and achieve client outcomes.

Own the full sales cycle for China-region accounts: create account plans, present RZR's programmatic mobile and CTV solutions, close new business, launch customers, leverage marketing/ABM, attend industry events, collaborate with Growth/Product/Marketing, and meet quarterly revenue targets.
