Develop operation sheets, work instructions, routings, and standards; drive lean improvements, value stream mapping, time studies, and capacity analysis. Partner cross-functionally to remove constraints, improve throughput, quality, and labor efficiency, and mentor engineering and continuous improvement staff.

The Electrical Systems and Equipment Engineer designs, validates, and certifies electrical systems for rotorcraft applications, overseeing prototype development and conducting various tests to ensure compliance with specifications.

CNC Machinists operate CNC machines to manufacture helicopter parts by interpreting blueprints, setting up jobs, monitoring tools, and ensuring compliance with specifications and procedures.

The Conventional Machinist will manufacture helicopter parts using various conventional and CNC machines, following FAA-approved procedures. Responsibilities include reading blueprints, selecting tooling, and ensuring proper machining parameters.

The System Safety Engineer ensures safety objectives are achieved through design, testing, and certification of aircraft systems. Responsibilities include developing safety assessments, coordinating with internal and external groups, and mentoring junior engineers.
