Design, develop, and maintain manufacturing tools and processes for aircraft components. Collaborate with design, manufacturing, quality, and vendors to ensure manufacturability, resolve production issues, document specifications, and manage project schedules.

The Tooling CNC Programmer/Machinist programs and operates CNC machinery to manufacture precision tooling and components for helicopter production, interpreting engineering drawings and applying precision machining techniques.

Perform finishing operations in the paint department including prepping, minor dent repair, color matching/blending, and spraying polyurethane basecoats/pearls using gravity- and pressure-feed spray guns and 2-quart pressure pots. Follow manufacturing mixing instructions, set up fluid delivery and paint temperature, and comply with DOT drug/alcohol program.
