Maintain and control QA records and controlled documents to ensure regulatory and company compliance. Issue and track serial numbers, data plates, stamps, and MRRs; update Epicor; scan and archive records; manage inventory of forms and supplies; retrieve documentation for internal departments; conduct audits and support production, repair station, engineering, and customer service.

Verify helicopter structural integrity via static stress, stiffness, stability, and fatigue analysis using hand calculations, FEA, and testing. Plan and conduct component, assembly, and flight tests, analyze data, determine loads with other engineers, ensure compliance with 14 CFR Part 27, and recommend design improvements while developing tools and processes to improve quality.

Perform finishing operations in the paint department including prepping, minor dent repair, color matching/blending, and spraying polyurethane basecoats/pearls using gravity- and pressure-feed spray guns and 2-quart pressure pots. Follow manufacturing mixing instructions, set up fluid delivery and paint temperature, and comply with DOT drug/alcohol program.
