The Marketing Manager supports corporate and internal communications, social media, events, partnership marketing, and brand initiatives. Responsibilities include creating and editing communications materials, managing social media content and analytics, coordinating events and campaigns, overseeing multiple projects, maintaining brand consistency, and collaborating with internal teams and external partners. The role requires strong writing, project management, interpersonal, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Coordinates daily office operations, workplace services, vendors, supplies, events, administrative processes, and employee engagement activities. Supports HR administration, new-hire onboarding, workplace safety, building coordination, and office needs across Costa Mesa and Brentwood locations. The role is fully on-site in Costa Mesa and requires travel to Brentwood at least twice monthly.
