Lead Reolink’s expansion across major U.S. retail accounts by acquiring strategic channels, negotiating with senior buyers, managing joint business plans, optimizing assortments and promotions, and overseeing account profitability. Responsibilities include P&L, margin, MDF, rebates, portfolio strategy, competitor intelligence, and cross-functional coordination with Marketing and Supply Chain for product launches and seasonal resets.

Creates branded graphics for digital campaigns, social media, websites, email, product launches, packaging, retail displays, and print. Translates technical product features into clear, engaging visuals while maintaining consistent brand standards. Collaborates with marketing, content, product, retail, and PR teams; develops templates and style guides; organizes digital assets; and manages multiple projects across fast-paced campaign timelines.

Produces photography, short-form video, motion graphics, and lifestyle content showcasing Reolink security products. Plans and executes shoots, manages lighting and on-set logistics, directs subjects, edits assets, and optimizes content for social, web, retail, email, and print. Collaborates with marketing, product, PR, retail, and global teams while maintaining brand consistency. The role includes location scouting, asset organization, occasional North American travel, and shooting in challenging low-light and outdoor conditions.
