Differentiated from the myriad “platforms'' that sell to health systems, we focus on the patient. We take their doctor’s care plan as a “recipe” and help the patient follow that plan to better health at lower costs. We start by accessing the care plan and matrixing that against the patient’s in-network options to curate the perfect combination of providers and partners specific to each patient. For example If the doctor prescribes a medication, HeyRenee has that medication delivered from a delivery pharmacy in-network with the patient’s insurance, then reminds the patient to take that medication, then tracks the patient's vitals to measure the efficacy of that medication, then reports that data in a timely manner to the patient’s providers. If the doctor recommends mental health, we create a one-touch access to a teletherapy partner, share the patient’s health records and vitals with their therapist, and share the therapist's notes back to the patient’s PCP.

This way, we unify all previously disconnected providers, health-tech apps and partners into one symphony of coordinated, proactive data-driven care. Uniquely, we avoid reinventing the wheel – rather than competing with, we leverage innovations across the entire digital health ecosystem as partners – so that we’re always delivering the most innovative, most effective combination of services to each patient.

Always free to the end-user, HeyRenee charges risk-bearing entities – from payers to self-insured corporations and health systems to managed care groups – a PMPM plus gain share on the results (in terms of improved outcomes and lower healthcare costs) we generate.
