Develop and operate satellite ground software for telemetry, commanding, mission control, automation, dashboards, and alerting. Own systems from design through deployment and on-call support across AWS, Kubernetes, networks, ground stations, and cloud infrastructure. Lead GSaaS integrations, validate end-to-end data paths, troubleshoot mission-critical issues, and mentor engineers through design and code reviews.

Set the technical direction for satellite ground-segment architecture and roadmap. Design scalable command, telemetry, scheduling, networking, data, security, and automation systems for constellation operations. Deploy and operate software on AWS, lead launch and commissioning efforts, troubleshoot cross-domain issues, improve reliability and observability, and mentor engineers while supporting design reviews and hiring.

Own day-to-day spacecraft and mission operations, including telemetry monitoring, anomaly investigation, maneuver planning, ground-station coordination, commissioning, LEOP, and orbit-raising campaigns. Develop operational procedures, flight rules, automation, and fault-management processes. Lead real-time shifts and readiness simulations, collaborate with engineering teams, and mentor operations engineers while supporting 24/7 rotating coverage.
