Drive in-store luxury retail sales and customer engagement while managing consignment drop-offs, educating buyers and consignors, reviewing and cataloging products, resolving inquiries, and maintaining merchandising and store-readiness standards. Manage and develop an inside sales team acquiring luxury products from existing consignors. Coach performance, monitor sales pipelines and KPIs, hire and train employees, ensure Salesforce data quality, resolve elevated consignor issues, improve workflows and reporting, and partner with other sales channels to exceed targets and deliver an excellent consignor experience.

Own customer experience product strategy and roadmaps across web and mobile commerce. Lead experimentation, data analysis, usability testing, customer research, and post-purchase experience improvements. Partner with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Merchandising, AI, and Analytics teams to deliver features that improve engagement, conversion, trust, and customer lifetime value. Communicate product vision and priorities to executives while balancing short-term delivery with long-term strategy.

Maintain and evolve the Looker BI architecture, including LookML models, Explores, dashboards, reporting assets, platform administration, permissions, governance, and performance optimization. Troubleshoot data and reporting issues, deliver scalable self-service analytics solutions, clean up legacy content, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Provide documentation and user training while supporting compliance, access reviews, and best practices.

Leads and executes SOX control testing, documents audit workpapers, manages GRC updates and evidence requests, evaluates internal controls, coordinates remediation, supports internal audits, and partners with stakeholders and external auditors. Advises process owners on risk mitigation, control improvements, and compliance with IIA standards. Requires audit experience, knowledge of COSO, GAAP, ITGC controls, strong communication, analytical skills, and project coordination abilities.

Lead architecture and development of scalable full-stack software solutions, make strategic technical decisions, collaborate with product and business stakeholders, conduct code reviews, promote engineering best practices, mentor junior engineers, research emerging technologies, and solve complex technical challenges. The role focuses on building and optimizing distributed systems and consumer-facing platform experiences.

Leads enterprise technical operations across networking, endpoint management, infrastructure, enterprise applications, AI enablement, incident management, vendors, and distributed corporate, retail, and authentication-center environments. Builds and develops a high-performing technology operations organization, drives automation and self-service, establishes service metrics, ensures resilience and uptime, and advises executives on technology risk and operations.

Lead and operationalize high-priority revenue initiatives across Sales, Marketing, Product, Merchandising, Finance, and Operations. Build business cases, define governance and KPIs, manage cross-functional execution, track impact via dashboards, and report results to executive leadership.
